Mission

To develop the image and status of the Irish Language and Foras na Gaeilge throughout the Island of Ireland.

Role

• To ensure the development of effective marketing strategies for the Irish language.
• To ensure the development an promotion of the Irish language
• To promote a positive image for the Irish language and Foras na Gaeilge.

 

Responsibilities

• To organize sponsorships and competitions to promote the Irish language.
• To ensure publicity for the activities of Foras na Gaeilge in both the Irish and English language media, and on the internet
• To organize and facilitate Irish language events
• To ensure the provision of adequate publicity materials
• To organize marketing and advertising campaigns for the Irish language.
